Parcel Post: 3-10 business days or more

If your parcel or items are damaged during delivery, we will provide a replacement at no charge. We must be notified at hello@thecrystalclub.com.au that the parcel has not arrived within 72 hours of the delivery date, and your email must include photos of the damage. If we are not notified of the damage and provided with photo evidence within this timeframe, we are unable to refund or replace.
